Working with a reputable builder is essential for me, knowing my clients’ homes are constructed to the highest standards, with amazing customer service, and with leading construction timeframes which allow my clients to move into their new homes sooner.

I bring more than 10 years of experience in the new home building sector. I began my journey as an associate while pursuing a Bachelor of Business and Commerce. However, quickly realized that my true passion is in the new home industry. I have since developed a deep love for helping clients design their new homes, and in many cases, their forever homes.

I love helping clients find a design that aligns with their lifestyle and how they envision living in their new home.

My main objective is getting to know clients, what they like/don’t like and help to design a home that’s perfect for them.
I understand building a home can seem overwhelming, I’ve experienced it firsthand, even after working in this industry for many years and building my first home, it really helped me see it from the other side, so I enjoy simplifying the process for my clients and taking the stress out of it all. It’s so exciting to watch a home transform from paper into reality!

Customization. The one-size-fits-all approach often overlooks the unique needs of individuals/families and I find it exciting to tailor the homes to suit my clients. It’s so satisfying when a client looks at the plan and says, “It’s perfect”.

Positive client feedback and raving reviews are certainly the most rewarding. Knowing I’ve helped them through this major milestone in their lives, it simply doesn’t get any better than that.

Every consultant has their strengths and mine would be attention to detail and ensuring the home flows nicely.
There are many elements to a new home build and so many details that make a big difference when you move into a home and live in the space. Try walking into your laundry holding a washing basket through a 720mm wide door!
Making sure the finer details are considered is super important to me. 

Renovation quotes are now coming in at the same price as a new home build, and sometimes even higher, especially when complications with the existing structure arise during renovations. Why wouldn’t you build a brand-new home knowing you will have a 25-year structural warranty that is transferable if you ever plan on selling? 

The sooner the better, we can work on the pre-construction stages of your build to ensure we can commence as quickly as possible once the land does register, effectively saving you money on interest payments to your bank.
