How our Customers celebrate
Recently we heard from our Customers, Shaylee and Matthew, who are first time builders and have just moved into their brand new home in the Hunter Valley, where they will be enjoying their first Christmas in their new home with family and friends.
Words of advice from Shaylee, ‘Being first time builders can be daunting, we had heard many people express how stressful and time consuming building was and they would never do it again, which was quiet off putting, but we found our perfect block of land - half an acre situated in the Hunter Valley and then our perfect home, and the process was so easy. The block has plenty of room for the kids and fun activities and we have been so excited to see our dream home come to life and become reality, just in time for Christmas.
Our decision to build through McDonald Jones Homes was purely was based on their great workmanship and customer service! We wanted a quality home and that’s exactly what we received. We also wanted a home that was big enough for our family and allowed for my husband’s working schedule, which happens to be permanent night shift, so we needed somewhere the kids could retreat and my husband could sleep well. That’s why the St. Tropez 16 Executive Elite was the perfect choice for us.’
Matthew even went into further detail about his building experience, ‘We whole heartedly believe that our building process couldn’t have gone any smoother and we were always kept in the loop via phone calls, emails and photo updates in the Customer Portal. Any concerns from our end were addressed in a timely manner and dealt with in a professional manner. Even after our build we have had regular contact from our McDonald Jones’ team checking in from time to time to make sure everything is going smoothly. It feels great to not just be a number and that they do have a genuine interest in us and our new home. I would most certainly build again with McDonald Jones Homes.’
