Ryan & I visited a number of display homes but when we saw the Miami, we knew it was a perfect fit for us. From day 1, our experience of building with MJH was nothing short of flawless!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to your team at the South Coast office.

This is our first time experience building a home. My wife and I both prepared ourselves for a bumpy ride! However, I have to say that so far we've enjoyed the process as it has been pretty stress free. A lot of that is due to our Sales Consultant at Marsden Park, Trupti Bauva. Trupti has been fantastic!

Trupti Bauva (Marsden Park NSW) went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Trupti promptly helped us with any issues or questions we had without fail and assisted us anyway she could. So excited to see the final results.

Her willingness to assist and do whatever it takes has been a breath of fresh air and I have since recommended her to friends who are also looking to build.

From the moment we stepped into Rick’s office we knew we had made the right decision in building with McDonald Jones. We have been so happy with the service that Rick has provided throughout our journey thus far.

Rick’s efforts in providing us with the best deal possible, with the special offer packages, inclusions and exclusions made the process quite simple and not confusing. Through the tender process he was able to clarify any questions, which gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision.

The process of buying land and building a house is notoriously stressful. Cathy, however, was the calm that we needed.

Mal provided us with outstanding service from start to finish. His knowledge and attention to detail was highly commendable. Mal understood our needs and did everything within his power to accommodate them.

From the first day we met Andrew, he was helpful, friendly and caring. We certainly kept him on his toes with constant changes to the original design, but it was no problem for Andrew! He was always quick to respond with feedback too.

When we first embarked on this journey we were regaled by friends and colleagues of the horrors and (mis)adventures that we were to expect.

I just wanted to provide some feedback on a recent warranty call I made on Saturday night by email.The service that I received was nothing short of exceptional from Ryan at the South Coast office.

Finding a new home with so many things to think about has been very stressful, however the service supplied by Angela was amazing and she made our visit a lot less stressful and she was great at answering all of our questions.

My husband and I have been lucky enough to have been allocated Jessica as our CLO earlier this year after the departure of our former CLO. We have both had such a wonderful experience with her that I had to call reception for your contact information.

From the time of deciding what home we wanted and the process of the picking out the items we required, all the staff were great.

Can I say that it is not very often that people are praised or receive complimentary feedback these days, but I would like to do this for both Paul and Nick.  Both have always been extremely friendly and very easy to deal with.  They are a credit to your company. I have walked Homeworld twice and other display home locations and I have not had better interactions with any other companies.

We remember the first day we met you Andrew. You were so helpful, friendly and caring which continued throughout.  We certainly kept you on your toes with our constant changes which was no problem to you and we got your feedback so quickly.  Can't thank you enough.

My husband and I had purchased a block of land in the Hunter Valley and had started researching our options to build our first home. Being that it was our first build we had no idea where to start, what to expect and which building company to trust.

We have recently completed and moved into our second McDonald Jones home, The Beach House. Of note, this is now the 4th McDonald Jones home that has been built within our immediate family.

Ricky Perryman from McDonald Jones has made the experience of building my home amazing. I came to McDonald Jones after having to cancel my build with a different (substandard) builder.

We appreciated the extra mile he went to in making sure that the house was positioned well so that we could build a large shed at the rear of the block with good side access.

You have a reputation for a quality product, I follow the online commentary closely and have heard the full range of experiences, it is overwhelmingly positive. We have appreciated the transparent pricing structure and flexibility with plans to suit our block.

My husband and myself were not going to buy that day, but the communication and ease with Mia tipped the scales. What can I say, Mia is amazing at her job and 100 per cent dedicated.

She provided us with excellent suggestions to achieve exactly what we wanted, and demonstrated a very positive, proactive and calm attitude throughout the whole process.

I think you have some wonderful people in your organization, people who think more about what they can do for their employer and the customer's than view their work as merely a means to earn a quid.

We have never been through this process before and we were guided by Nathan who offered so many clever suggestions and sound advice to stop us going off in the wrong direction so many times.

Not sure how to put it into words how exciting this journey so far was under the guidance of Nathan. We are basically very sceptical about the nitty-gritty of things and the understanding and patience Nathan has shown is commendable.

Since beginning our journey with McDonald Jones Homes, my wife and I have been lucky enough to have Nathan support us in building our first home.

We strongly believe that you are going to give us support during the building period too as all the hard work of putting the plans together is done by you. Now we think that we can build our dream home because of you support, efforts and problem solving talent.

We had recently purchased a home with your company and had been at Gregory Hills dealing with Paul Sidney. I wanted to inform you about his customer service. It was very refreshing, non-pushy and easy-going. From the explanation of construction to showing me (multiple) fixtures in the display homes and explaining them in laymen’s terms in a very patient manner.

As this is the first time my wife and I have built a home, we entered the process a bit daunted and unsure of the process which lay ahead. We had no idea of what was involved or what was required. It was only when we first meet Paul, after deciding to proceed with McDonald Jones, were we given reassurance of the whole process and clear direction of what lies ahead.

I am just writing to let you know how happy we are with our new home and to let you know how smoothly everything went. Everyone from start to finish could not have been more helpful or efficient. You were great helping us tweak the house plans to exactly what we wanted.

I very much appreciated every single item being costed and listed so that I was able to track my budget at all times. Having fixed prices was essential to me to ensure I could pull off the whole land and house finance package.

After visiting the display centre and falling in love with the Castleton 34 on display we sat down and spoke to Rob if he could build that house on our land. We showed him the land size and held our breath. He did raise the issue that everyone else had addressed previously, but the only difference was he actually wanted to help us!!!

To know that you had spent your evening changing floor plans to try and find something that would suit our block was beyond my expectation! You have since put up with my indecisiveness, but your advice has been amazing and has probably saved you from many deposit variations so again thank you. Not one step of this process have we felt unsure or nervous and that is testament to you!

We wish to express our gratitude in dealing with such a friendly and professional Consultant. Vincent has been a pleasure to liaise with during the process of drafting plans and we have been overwhelmed with his positive attitude. He has been very patient with us with our indecisiveness with the final drawings of the plans.

The wonderful experience we have had thus far with McDonald Jones can be attributed to Vince. Vince has displayed absolute professionalism in all aspects of our dealings with him. There has never been anytime where he has not made us feel anything but at ease with the process, which of course is important in a decision that can quite easily afford tension and stress.

I am writing to give Vincent Klein, my highest recommendation. Vincent possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent sales person, he knows his job extremely well, he is diligent, responsive and very patient and tolerant. When it came to answering our hundreds of questions it was never a problem, if he couldn’t answer it straight away he would always get back to us that same day.

We’re hopeful that McDonald Jones will be building our forever home and I think what makes this more of a reality was your time, professionalism and upfront honesty. This to us makes a huge difference, especially in knowing what we can expect during this process.

To date, our experience building with McDonald Jones Homes has been entirely positive and it is because of the efforts of one team member in particular - our Building & Design Consultant, Tracey Neilsen.

I’m astonished, overwhelmed, startled.... ...put all the verbs of surprises together and it would still be less... I’m still floating on all the surprise you offered us yesterday... believe it or not ...I’m still struggling to compose the best thank you email since yesterday.... but yes... We have our dream home in planning and we have Angela to thank for this. In our first contact with Angela we came away feeling she really cared about us and what was important to our needs in a home.

Tara Edmond – our true reasoning for choosing McDonald Jones!

We were genuinely sad when our journey with Tara ended! From the beginning Tara was so patient with us and I sensed she genuinely had our best interests at heart.

Your friendly, methodical and reassuring manner is exactly what we needed at the time, and we will be forever grateful for your help.

We are at present in the process of building a new home with McDonald Jones and that journey started with Angela at their display village.

We always found her helpful and accommodating with all we required and willing to go that extra mile to assist us with things many others may consider outside their requirements.

The reason why I built with McDonald Jones was the first impression from the sales consultant Daniel Spinelli.
