He actually wanted to help us!!!

Just a quick email to let you know about a wonderful employee you have at MJH.

My husband and I recently purchased a corner block of land and didn't realise we would have some trouble building on the irregular shape of the block (being too short). Anyway, went to numerous display homes kept getting knocked back by everyone saying they couldn't build on our land. Stressful and sleepless nights soon followed. Until we met Robert Haigh at Marsden Park.

After visiting the display centre and falling in love with the Castleton 34 on display we sat down and spoke to Rob if he could build that house on our land. We showed him the land size and held our breath.

He did raise the issue that everyone else had addressed previously, but the only difference was he actually wanted to help us!!! Within minutes he had pulled out plans cut, copied and pasted our dream home on a piece of paper. He didn't use fancy programs on his computer that took forever to load, and he didn't tell us he couldn't make our house because it was just out of building guidelines BY A BRICK!! (as we we're told by Clarendon Homes).

Rob is an extremely professional and wonderful man, he truly has made our dreams come true. We have just paid a deposit to build the Bayford 30, all thanks to Rob.
