Len’s knowledge of the product was outstanding

I would like to thank Len Lovell from the South Coast Sales Department who was simply fantastic in all aspects of his role in helping us build our new home. If it wasn't for Len's help and advice from the outset, we probably would never have had the confidence to even begin such a daunting process!

Len’s knowledge of the product was outstanding, and the time and care he provided to us was, without a doubt, one of the best sales experiences my wife and I have encountered. He set our minds at ease and always made himself available to answer our many questions.

Len is wonderful at his job. His kindness, coupled with an obvious passion for helping his customers, should be acknowledged.
