Our hundreds of questions it was never a problem

I am writing to give Vincent Klein, my highest recommendation. Vincent possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent sales person, he knows his job extremely well, he is diligent, responsive and very patient and tolerant. When it came to answering our hundreds of questions it was never a problem, if he couldn’t answer it straight away he would always get back to us that same day. One night I emailed late thinking he wouldn’t respond until the following morning, but to my amazement, he answered within 5 minutes as he didn’t want me to worry all night.

You should be very proud to have Vincent on your McDonald Jones team, his customer service and dedication to his customers is superb. It is great to find a company whose sales people care and do the right thing, it is a very rare thing these days.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Vincent and the level of help he gave us, or the McDonald Jones products.

We have decided on the Beach House 14.8, which suits our block of land and have paid the deposit today, as we are extremely happy with the quality and finish of your homes. We will be recommending your company to all our friends and relatives, who are approaching retirement age and planning to move closer to the water and build. I know that they will be waiting in anticipation, to see what our home will be like when finished. I know before it is even started, that they will be very happy and pleased for us and know that we have made the right choice. After much deliberation and going through many homes and companies, your homes speak for themselves, very high quality at an affordable price.
