This is the first time my wife and I have built a home

My wife and I are happy customers of McDonald Jones homes and we would like to write to you to provide our feedback of one of your employees, Paul Sidney, Building and Design Consultant from Gregory Hills.

As this is the first time my wife and I have built a home, we entered the process a bit daunted and unsure of the process which lay ahead. We had no idea of what was involved or what was required. It was only when we first meet Paul, after deciding to proceed with McDonald Jones, were we given reassurance of the whole process and clear direction of what lies ahead.

Paul has demonstrated high level customer service, flexibility, kindness and understanding. He is extremely professional and gave us clear direction with excellent communication. He addressed all questions which we had swiftly and clearly and reassured us of the processes involved. He is a great ambassador for McDonald Jones Homes and is a true asset to the company. Although we have moved to the next steps of our process, it is because of Paul that we feel comfortable with the direction we are heading with our new home.

Paul is been a shining light for McDonald Jones Homes and we would like to thank him for all his assistance. We look forward to the future of our property and living in our beautiful brand new home.
