It’s been a huge couple of years for McDonald Jones Homes, particularly in the huge growth in the display homes that we have available for you to visit and explore.

In 2014 we grew our display home presence by building 15 brand new display homes, already a huge increase on our previous numbers and a big benefit to families in the local area. In 2015 we decided to take it up a notch by building 20 new display homes plus releasing brand new 3D walkthroughs of our display homes on our website (which we know you have been enjoying).

According to our Display Home Coordinator, Daniel Tennant, who oversees the growth and creation of our new display homes, 2016 is set to be our biggest year yet.

“In 2016 McDonald Jones Homes has plans to build some of our newest designs across our building footprint, including QLD, the broader Canberra region, Sydney, South Coast, North Coast and the Hunter and, over the year, we will build a huge 30 new display homes for you to explore in total,” Daniel said.

“We have never built this many display homes in a 12 month period before and we cannot wait for you to explore these designs.

The increase in the number of display homes we will build and open in 2016 all comes down to our commitment to providing you with every opportunity to discover the perfect architectural design for you to build the home of your dreams.

“While I can’t give away all the secrets on these new displays, I can tell you that there will be a number of new Stuart Everitt designs and some exciting new Two Storey designs opening next year.”

With new display homes having recently opened in Harvest and Hunter HomeWorld 2 in the Hunter, families already have the opportunity to walk through some of our latest designs in brand new locations.

“We’ve received great feedback from families who have visited our stunning San Marino design that has just opened in Harvest and on our extremely popular Monte Carlo Executive, Miami 16 and Havana Executive on display in Hunter HomeWorld 2.

“I am thrilled to share that QLD and Sydney based families won’t have to wait long to explore some of our new designs, as we will open two brand new Two Storey designs in Rochedale and our Kellyville display homes will be ready for you to explore right at the start of the New Year.”

One of the biggest and most exciting projects taking place in 2016 is the creation of our new display homes in Marsden Park, Sydney.

“We will be unveiling some fantastic new designs in Marsden Park, including an innovative new Two Storey design that has been ideally created to suit narrow sites without sacrificing any of the wow factor you would expect to see in a McDonald Jones home.

“We are also teaming up with some of our long term suppliers to introduce brand new external products in our Marsden Park display homes. This will enable us to provide different construction methods, increase options for external finishes and offer further thermal benefits to your home.”

So what’s on the cards for 2016 you ask? New display homes, brand new designs for you to experience plus we’re trialling new construction methods and products on some of our displays so that we can continue to offer you the very best in every aspect of your new home.

“I love my role because I get to see all the exciting new projects we have planned for the near and far future. I think you’re going to love what we have instore for you in 2016,” Daniel said.
