Over $2million given away! Who will be next?

Our 30th birthday promotion has just brought its 7th stage to a close, taking the prize tally to over $2,000,000! Leading up to our latest 30th birthday draw we were all wondering what region, what home design and what lucky family we would be chipping in big for…

This time, a couple living in Sydney who had purchased a house and land package in the Hunter were our lucky major winners, securing over $230,000 towards their Chelsea One with Classic Facade! Mr and Mrs Goundar’s Building and Design Consultant, Margaret Thornton, broke the exciting news to them over the phone on Monday 5th March but we wanted to help them celebrate with a bang.

After being invited into the MyChoice Design Studio in Baulkham Hills for their walkthrough on Friday 9th March, we had set up an extra surprise with confetti canons, a huge cheque and a bottle of champagne to commemorate this sensational time in their life.

“This will really take the strain off financially,” Mrs Sheetal Goundar said looking gratefully at the cheque.

Another new home owner who has one less bill to worry about is Daniel Spinelli, our third 2nd chance draw winner! Mr Spinelli has won the $30,000 runner-up prize for placing his deposit with us back in October 2017. Building the Cordova One with Classic facade on the South Coast in Calderwood, Daniel joined Building and Design Consultant, Len Lovell, at the Calderwood display home to celebrate his winnings.
