Terms and Conditions

2nd September – 1st December

The McDonald Jones Finders Keepers Giveaway Competition commences on 2 September 2024 and concludes on 1 December 2024 or until withdrawn by McDonald Jones Homes. Submission of an entry to the Finders Keepers Giveaway Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. To enter the competition you must by over 18 years old and locate a Finders Keepers QR code located within the McDonald Jones Homes Display Homes and enter your details on the linked webpage. There are five Finder Keepers QR codes at the Display Home, which each provide a separate entry opportunity. You can also share a picture with our Finders Keepers Scotty Cam to your Instagram story to secure a bonus entry into the competition. 
 
To be eligible to win the Fisher and Paykel wine fridge prize your nominated Instagram account must be following the @mcdonaldjones and @fisherandpaykel accounts on Instagram. A winner will be selected at 10am on the last Sunday of each month by using a computerised random selection program and notified via email. 
 
The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable. McDonald Jones reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition. The Finders Keepers Giveaway Competition is not open to employees of McDonald Jones Homes, Fisher and Paykel, the NEX Building Group, or their immediate families. The prize will be transported to one nominated location within the Hunter or for collection for the display home at the discretion of McDonald Jones Homes.
