14 years’ experience as a licensed real estate agent with marketing Diploma. I have sold homes in South West, Nor West, Hunter and Central Coast, working for diversified property group. These sales range from energy efficient homes that included integrated solar, battery backup double-glazed windows with full sound screen insulation to all walls internal/external and off the plan homes, units and residential real estate.
 

My approach is simple, every person who walks through the door gets the same level of service. I will always work with people to get the right outcome and ensure clients are satisfied. I am conscious that some clients will need more support than others and ensure that the process is stress free. I always ensure clients are fully informed about the process and forecasted costs they may incur during their journey.

With a broad geographic sales background over the past 14 years, I am always on top of trends that are occurring in terms of land sizes and local infrastructure coming to the region I am working in. I also have a firm understanding of clients moving from Sydney to the Coast and Hunter and what motivates them.

From 2013 to 2015 I achieved record sales in new subdivisions in Kellyville and Riverstone, benchmarking prices for valuations for future developments.
