With over 12 years experience in the Real Estate and Home Building Industry, I understand the process and can guide my clients through one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of their life, in a stress-free manner. Having personally built, bought and sold several times, I thoroughly enjoy using my experience to assist my clients fulfill their new home dream.

I love meeting new people. My number one goal is to offer honest and reliable information, whilst working collaboratively with each client to understand their needs and provide the most optimal solution. I understand that building a new home is one of the biggest commitments a client will ever make, so I try to make myself available at any time to help.

My professional and personal experience has provided me with expert knowledge to help guide clients from initial enquiry to new home completion. From securing the right block, to selecting a home design that will suit their lifestyle whilst meeting developer and council requirements. I think it’s very important to help create a home they want to live in, but also consider aspects that would benefit future resale.

On a personal level, my wife and two children. Professionally, its knowing that I have helped so many families build, buy and sell homes over the years. I love the thrill of guiding my clients through what is for most something they only do a few times in their life.

From deposit to handover, our full build process usually takes 10 -12 months, dependant on weather, planning, approvals, land registration, etc.

Yes, we can modify our designs to suit your individual needs, however, we do have some limitations. We have a huge range of architecturally designed plans available, so there’s usually a perfect design to suit.

At McDonald Jones Homes, we offer a fixed-price tender to fit your time frame. We can lock in today’s prices, and then get started on all the pre-construction work so that we are ready to commence the build when the land registers.
