Building a new home can seem a little overwhelming, especially if you’ve never done it before. But helping clients navigate the path to their dream home is what I do best. And it’s definitely not as difficult as it seems – in fact, at McDonald Jones, it’s easy.
The best part of my job is meeting and working with new customers every day. Building a home is a luxury that not everybody will get the chance to experience. Helping people build their first home, family home, dream home or retirement home is a huge privilege that I do not take for granted. To work for the biggest builder in NSW definitely has its benefits, we are one of the only builders with confidence that we are not going anywhere, and to be able to pass that confidence to our clients is a great feeling.
I started with McDonald Jones Homes back in 2021. Before working in the building industry, I worked in the Travel Industry for 9 years, at Flight Centre Travel Group. Both careers have their similarities and I love being the person that people come to when they need help turning their dreams into a reality.
I always do my best to create a strong relationship with my customers, it is all about building trust. I want my clients to feel comfortable with me and trust that I can make their building journey as easy and stress-free as possible.
I believe I am an expert in floorplans and design. At the end of the day, the layout, flow and practicality of a home is what’s most important. The home needs to work for you and work well. I will always spend the most amount of time ensuring we have chosen the right house design and making required changes/modifications to suit each person's wants and needs.
My biggest accomplishment to date is having one of the highest ‘Customer Scores’ in the company. After each appointment, our clients are sent a quick survey on their experience at the beginning stages of the build. To know that I have a very high customer satisfaction rate is very rewarding.
One of my best attributes is my accessibility to my customers. If I receive a phone call, text message or email, I will always respond within the hour. Buying a home is a huge investment and I want to ensure my customers are fully supported throughout the entire process. If that means replying to a quick text/call when I'm out of the office, or working after hours to meet a deadline, that's what I will do.

We will always provide customers with a fully finished home, there will be nothing you are forced to pay extra for, or ‘upgrade’ because it's missing. We have different ranges that come with different inclusions, therefore exact inclusions will change depending on what each customer is looking for and their ideal price point.
