I am the lucky person who gets to share that feeling of excitement every day with my clients when they are making decision for their new home! Whether it is building their first home, family home or an investment that feeling never goes away. It’s never a bad day when you can help someone build their dream home. It’s like a real life version of my favourite game as a kid, The Sims.
I have been with McDonald Jones for 2 years as of June 2022. Starting during the first Covid lockdown within the lead management team, helping clients with their online enquires during a time when the display homes were closed.
Over the past two years I have worked as an associate at the Watagan Park & Warnervale display homes before getting the opportunity to become a Consultant at Warnervale HomeWorld.

Due to the amount of knock down rebuilds we do across the Central Coast; I feel confident in assisting clients through this process.
In 2021, at the end of my first year with McDonald Jones, I was awarded “Best Newcomer” to the McDonald Jones NSW Sales Team.
I am very approachable and easy going. My clients know they can contact me about any question, no matter how “silly” they feel it may be and I will provide them with an informed answer.

Questions I'm frequently asked
McDonald Jones are one of the few builders who are able to assist with building on flood prone blocks. I always recommend ordering a flood certificate from council, as well as an AHD contour survey first. The survey will tell us the existing ground levels for us to then compare this with the flood certificate, which will give us the minimum floor level required for the new build.
This allows us to provide an accurate quote from the start, so no hidden costs pop up at a later date.
Nobody wants that!
As a general guide: a single storey build would require a minimum of 0.915mm either side of the home to the boundary. A double storey build would require a minimum of 0.915mm to the single storey garage side wall but a minimum of 1.4m to the double storey wall.
