I have been in the building industry for 3 years. I started my professional career back in 2020 and have been experienced in a number of roles. From a Lead Manager, an Assistant, to an Associate and now to a Consultant. This offers me an edge over everybody else, as I have experienced and played a part of every role, gaining insight and valuable experience that others have not.
 

The housing industry and how sales have been conducted has changed dramatically over the more recent years. I don’t focus on the typical “sales approach”. I help the client by understanding their wants and needs for their new home, offer options and solutions to their problems to they can build their dream home.

I have worked out of many display homes with Single Story, Two-Story and Acreage selling in multiple differing areas from newly registered sites, knock-down rebuild, sites that have been vacant from over 30 years, flood zones, bushfire zones, mine subsidence. You name it, I’ve most likely come across it.

However, my passion and expertise lie within the Acreage home. Acreage sites can be tricky and have a lot of unforeseeable problems, but this is where I shine.

My biggest accomplishment to date is that I was able to help a young couple who were first home buyers. They were with another Consultant who had left the company and about to cancel their build due to rising interest rates however, we spent time looking over alternative designs and helped find them a new design which still covered all their needs. They fell in love with the new home, saving them hundreds of thousands in costs and allowed them to be steered back on course with building their first ever home.

I am a problem solver, accurate and honest. I specialise in acreage homes as they offer the biggest challenges, but the biggest rewards. 
By having a previous background of being in paramedics, I am a naturally caring person. I genuinely care and offer my time and help throughout not just the start of the building journey, but at every stage if needed to ensure the entire process remains smooth.
