** The McDonald Jones $25,000 New Home Grant runs from 10:00am 1 March (AEDT) to 31 March 2025 at 5:00pm (AEDT) (the Promotion Period). The offer includes one $25,000 grant that will be deducted from the final contract price of McDonald Jones full range of designs, excluding the Porto & Palencia range of designs. To be eligible for the McDonald Jones $25,000 New Home Grant, a customer must:
1.    Have their tender priced in accordance with our March 2025 pricelist;
2.    Complete a New Home Grant application form at the time of their tender request;
3.    Pay their acceptance fee within 14 days of a tender issued within the Promotion Period;
4.    Sign a Building Agreement within 90 days of the acceptance fee being paid; and
5.    Not breach any essential terms of the contract for the duration of the contract. 
The McDonald Jones $25,000 New Home Grant offer is limited to the first 25 customers in each of our 3 regions (Sydney, Hunter/Mid North Coast & South Coast/ACT) or at the conclusion of the promotional period, whichever occurs sooner.
